I was just posting to let everyone know that our Xtreme seminar is on the 23rd (the sunday after the eagan tourney) at Excel Martial Arts in Woodbury (20 minutes from Eagan). Pre registrations are due on the 15th and registration forms are on the region web site. Registrations will also be taken at the Eagan Tournament for any open spots in the seminars.
Just wanted to thank everyone that came out for our Xtreme Performance Training Seminar. Everyone did an awesome job and I had a lot of fun working with all of you! I'm sure that everyone will be even better for the next one!
